4. Payments
Fees, billing cycles, and payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement or invoice. Late payments may result in a pause of active services.
5. Performance & Results Disclaimer
While we apply data-driven strategies aimed at improving performance, we cannot guarantee specific results (such as a fixed ROAS, revenue figure, or ranking) as outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including market conditions, product-market fit, and platform algorithm changes.
6. Intellectual Property
Creative assets, code, and strategy documents developed specifically for a client as part of a paid engagement become the client's property upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing. SPR Websolutions retains the right to showcase anonymized results as case studies unless the client requests otherwise.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement with notice as specified in the service agreement. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.
8. Limitation of Liability
SPR Websolutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
